SES Provider Service Area Spreadsheets »
These spreadsheets identify the geographical location a provider is willing to serve, including statewide, region, LEA (district), or campus. These spreadsheets also highlight characteristics of each SES provider's program.
Districts are permitted to verify service availability, prior to notifying parents, to ensure that all providers listed will actually be able to serve their specific LEA. If an LEA contacts providers for such verification, they must reply within ten (10) days of the receipt of the communication. If the provider does not respond affirmatively within the 10 day timeframe, the LEA is not required to include that organization in the list of SES providers to be offered to parents.
